Graduate Degree in Any Stream in Any Recognized University in India. General / OBC / EWS Candidates Required : 50% Marks. SC / ST / PH Candidates Required : 45% Marks.
Exam Center:
Uttar Pradesh : Agra, Allahabad, Bareilly, Ghaziabad, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Meerut, Noida, Varanasi & Kanpur, Bihar : Patna Only Delhi : Delhi / New Delhi Madhya Pradesh : Bhopal, Indore & Jabalpur. And Other Various Exam Center in Pan India.
