Application Fees:
- Class 10th: Rs. 256.50/-
- Class 12th: Rs. 306/-
- Payment Should Be Made Offline Only, Through Challan.
Eligibility:
For Class 10th (High School)
- Students who have failed in one subject in the High School Examination can apply for the compartment examination.
- Candidates who have passed but want to improve their marks can apply for the Improvement Examination.
- Improvement candidates can appear in only one subject.
For Class 12th (Intermediate)
- Students who have failed in one subject in the Intermediate Examination are eligible for the compartment examination.
- Intermediate students are allowed to appear in the failed subject as per UPMSP rules.

Follow the steps below to submit the application form:
- Visit the official UPMSP website.
- Open the Compartment/Improvement Examination 2026 link.
- Enter the required details carefully.
- Select the subject for the compartment or improvement examination.
- Deposit the examination fee through a treasury challan.
- Submit the application form online.
- Download and print the completed application form.
- Attach the original treasury challan and send it to the concerned regional office as instructed by UPMSP.
