| Education Qualification: |
- Foreman (Chemical): Degree in Chemical Engineering from any recognized University plus one year experience in the relevant field OR Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized University.
- Foreman (Electronics): Degree in Electronics Engineering or Technology from any recognized University plus one year experience in the relevant field. OR Master’s Degree in Electronics or in Physics with Electronics as special subject
- Foreman (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technology from any recognized University plus one year experience in relevant field. OR Associate Member of Institution of Engineers in Mechanical Engineering plus one year experience in the relevant field from a recognized organization.
- Technical Officer Forestry Grade II: Master’s Degree in Statistics or Operations Research or Forestry or Economics (with Statistics) or Commerce (with Statistics) or Mathematics (with Statistics) Or Agriculture (with Statistics) or two years’ Post-Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management from a recognized institute/university
- Assistant Registrar General (Language): Master’s Degree in Linguistics from a recognized University. Note Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified
- Research Officer/Planning Officer: Masters Degree in Economics or Statistics or Mathematics or Psychology or Commerce or Education of a recognized university or equivalent. Three years’ experience of handling Employment problems including two years experience in research and collection of data concerning world of occupations
- Deputy Controller of Mines: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mining Engineering from a recognized University or Institution
