Ladder climbing within 20 seconds
Lifting and carrying of sandbag weighting 63.5 kg continuously for minimum 50 meters;
Run up three stories of standard staircase within 1 minute;
Rope climbing using only hands within 60 seconds;
High Jump 1.22 meter or more
