The Candidates who are going to give the Exam of Courses should know the Exam Pattern. The Exam Pattern Knowledge is very essential to be Qualified in the Exam. The Exam Pattern will be as follows: –

The Examination will be Online Computer Based across PAN India.

The CCC examination will comprise the 100 Objective questions.
-
The CCC Certificate will be awarded to those candidates who will secure a minimum 50 percent marks in the Examination.

The BCC examination will comprise 50 objective type questions.
-
The BCC certificate will be awarded to those students who will secure a minimum of 40 percent marks in the Examination.
-
The language will be Hindi/English.
INSTRUCTIONS OF PHOTO & SIGNATURE:
Before proceeding for filling the Online Examination Application Form (OEAF), the applicant is required to have the following:
- Personal Email ID of the applicant, not of the Institute. This is required for validations and
future correspondence. In case you provide wrong/incorrect email ID you will not be able to
receive the updates. - Personal Mobile Number of the applicant, not of the Institute for validations and future
correspondence. In case you provide wrong/incorrect mobile phone number you will not be able
to receive the updates. - All candidates are advised to upload good quality photograph, signature and LTI (Left thumb
impression) in his/her OEAF, as per the specifications detailed in subsequent paras.
A. Specification of Photograph:
Technical Specifications:
- i. Size- 3.5 cm Width X 4.5 cm Height.
- ii. Dimension –132 Pixels Width X 170 Pixels Height.
- iii. Digital size- 5 KB to 50 KB.
- iv. DPI/PPI- 96 to 300.
- v. Type – JPEG/JPG
Instructions: - i. The colour photos taken professionally (not on a mobile phone) during the
- last six months with white background should be used.
- ii. The facial features of the person should be clearly visible and no goggles to
be used and no part of the face should be covered.
B. Specification of Thumb Impression (Left Thumb) & Signature:
Technical Specifications:
- i. Size- 4.5 cm Width X 3.5 cm Height.
- ii. Dimension –170 Pixels Width X 132 Pixels Height.
- iii. Digital size- 5 KB to 20 KB.
- iv. DPI/PPI- 96 to 200.
- v. Type – JPEG/JPG
Instructions: - i. Signature and Left thumb impression should be taken on white paper using black/blue ink.
- ii. Image should not be blurred or smudged.
PHOTO IDENTITY PROOF REQUIRED AT THE EXAMINATION CENTRE:
The list of valid photo ID proof is given below:
a) Voter ID card,
b) Passport,
c) PAN card,
d) Permanent laminated driving licence,
e) Aadhar card,
f) Student identity card with photograph issued by recognised
School/College/ITI/Polytechnic,
g) Photo identity card having serial number issued by Central/State Government,
h) Photo identity card issued by PSU/Autonomous bodies,
i) Nationalised bank passbook with photograph with attested customer photograph and
signature by bank official/manager,
j) Credit cards issued by banks with laminated photograph,
k) Certificate of Identity having photo issued by Gazetted Officer or Tehsildar on letterhead.
HOW TO APPLY CCC ONLINE FORM:
- Step 1: CCC Online Form To apply for the course, first go to the bottom of this page and see the online application link at student.nielit.gov.in.
- Step 2: After selecting online application, a new page will open where you can enter your information and apply.
- Step 3: CCC forms can be filled on both mobile and desktop devices.
- Step 4: There are total 08 components to fill the CCC form, details of which are given below.
Steps to proceed with CCC Application Form:-
>> You will be asked whether you have applied for a CCC before; If you have, select Yes or No.
>> Applicant’s Personal Information In this section, enter your name, father/mother name, date of birth and category information.
>> Contact Information In this section, you must provide your phone number and email address.
>> Address Specifications In this section, you must provide your complete address including state, city name, and zip code.
>> Educational and qualification information You must include information about your educational qualifications in this section.
>> Checking the Specifications In this section, you have to accept the direct admission which you have to choose through the institute, as well as choose the month in which you have to take the exam and also choose the city of the exam.
>> Identity Details In this section, you have to provide the Aadhaar card number and also upload a photograph, signature and thumb impression.
>> Declaration In this section, you must double-check all your information and indicate that you accept any terms and conditions before submitting your application.
